1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.
Driving Data: Session logs, telemetry files, vehicle information, tire pressures, lap times, and other data you upload or enter. This data is yours.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics about how you use the Platform (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the Platform services
- To generate AI coaching debriefs and setup recommendations
- To compute anonymous benchmarking percentiles
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, maintenance alerts)
- To improve the Platform based on aggregate usage patterns
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions and coaching bookings
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
- Google: Authentication via OAuth
- Anthropic:AI features (session debriefs, study partner, setup advisor). Your driving data may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. It is not used to train their models.
4. Benchmarking
If you opt in to benchmarking, your lap times and consistency metrics are included in anonymous, aggregate percentile distributions. Your identity is never attached to benchmark data visible to other users.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data (benchmarks, usage statistics) may be retained.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), parameterized database queries, and secure credential storage. Telemetry files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Export your data (telemetry, session logs, vehicle info)
- Delete your account and associated data
- Opt out of benchmarking
- Opt out of non-essential emails
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
9. Children
PaddockLink is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
